Many of our clients have joined us through original contact to resolve a technical issue with their computer software or hardware.
Our tech support is provided by members of the OJ Computers team, located right here in Victor Harbor. We do not use call centres, you deal directly with our team.

When you have an issue with your computers or IT you want it resolved as quickly as possible with the least amount of downtime or damage.
We offer our clients:
- Phone support - We've been in the IT business for more than 25 years so we have seen and heard many recurring issues over the years and can often talk our clients through a fix to help save time and money.
- Remote support - You can download our Remote Support program to enable us to dial into your computer system to try to pinpoint and potentially fix the issue.
- In office - It may be possible for you to bring your computer to our office at 268 Port Elliot Road, Victor Harbor for us to diagnose and fix the issue during normal business hours.
- Onsite support - If phone and remote support isn't an option, we also offer onsite support too. Each weekday after we close our office at 12noon we hit the road for site visits. If the issue is an emergency and can't wait until a weekday afternoon site visits can also be conducted outside of normal office hours. We want you to know we're here for you when you need us.
